Salmon and Brown Rice Bake

This recipe may remind you of that traditional favorite, tuna-noodle casserole. For a change of pace, we use salmon instead of tuna and brown rice instead of noodles.

Preheat the oven to 375°F.
In a 1½-quart glass casserole dish, stir together all the ingredients except the Cheddar.
Bake, covered, for 30 minutes, or until the rice is tender. Sprinkle with the Cheddar. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes, or until the Cheddar is melted.
